An online order can't be cancelled or deleted in the Nomni Ordering console. To cancel an order for a customer, refund it.
This article is for the Nomni Ordering console. Your console address ends in /console, for example yourstore.orderup.com.au/console.
Cancel an order by refunding it
Tell the customer and your kitchen that the order is cancelled.
If the order was paid with Nomni Ordering Payments, refund it from the order: see How do I refund an order from the Nomni Ordering console?
If it was paid with another gateway (your own Stripe account, eWAY, Fat Zebra or PayPal), refund it in that gateway's dashboard.
If your customer paid with cash or on account, settle it with them directly.
What you should see: the refund on the order under Refunds History (Nomni Ordering Payments), or in your gateway's dashboard.
Good to know
The order stays in your order history and reports. Refunds show in Reporting > Refund Report and the Payout Report.
Delivery orders: if a DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct driver is booked, contact that delivery partner too.
Change an order
Orders can't be edited after they are placed. Either make the change in-store and tell the customer, or refund the order and ask the customer to order again.
Can customers cancel or change their own order?
No. There is no cancel or change option for customers on the ordering site. They need to contact your store.
