Quick answer: In the Nomni Ordering console go to Reporting > Tip Report, choose a Date range and click Show Report. To get a CSV by email, click Export Report, choose Orders With Tips, enter an email address and click Send Email.
This guide is for the Nomni Ordering console. Your console address ends in /console, for example yourstore.orderup.com.au/console. It is not the Nomni POS online store.
Before you start
Who: a console user with permission to view reports.
Customers can only add tips for methods where Allow Tip is YES in Location Settings (Pickup, Delivery, Dine In or Room Service).
View tips
Go to Reporting > Tip Report.
Click Date range and pick the dates.
Click Show Report.
What you should see: totals such as Total Orders, Total Pickups, Total Deliveries, Total Dine In, Total Room Service, Total Sub Total, Total Discounts and Total tips, and a list of orders with Order Date, Customer, Method, Payment, Sub Total, Discounts, Surcharges, Tip and Order Total.
Export tips
Set the date range as above.
Click Export Report.
In Please select the type of report you would like: choose Orders With Tips.
Check the email address in Enter email address to send report:.
Click Send Email.
What you should see: the report arrives by email as a file you can open in Excel.
If something goes wrong
No tips show: check Allow Tip is turned on for the method and the date range is right.
The email doesn't arrive: check spam and junk folders.
