Print Nomni Ordering orders through Nomni POS GO

Quick answer: In the Nomni Ordering console, go to Location Settings > Printing Settings and find Abacus Go (Nomni POS GO). Switch on Active, choose Live/Test, check the Location ID and click Save & Exit. Our team adds the connection details for you.

These steps are for Nomni Ordering console admins. Some screens still show the old name "OrderUp" (Nomni Ordering). Nomni POS GO still shows its old name, "Abacus Go".

Turn it on

  1. Sign in to the Nomni Ordering console.

  2. Go to Location Settings > Printing Settings.

  3. Scroll to Abacus Go (Nomni POS GO).

  4. Switch on Active.

  5. Set Live/Test to live once you’ve tested it.

  6. Check the Location ID. It must match your Nomni POS GO location.

  7. Choose whether to Send Fees, Discounts and Tips as Line Item.

  8. Click Save & Exit.

What you should see: New online orders print on your Nomni POS GO device.

Good to know

  • The server and API key fields are set up by our team. Don’t change them.

  • Place a test order after any change to check it prints.
