Why didn't my password reset email or verification code arrive?

What to check when a reset email or code doesn't arrive

Quick answer: Wait 5 minutes, then check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders and search your mailbox for Nomni and Verification Code. Use only the newest email. Then follow the steps below.

Use this guide if you asked to reset your password, or for a verification code, and the email hasn't arrived.

Check these first

  1. Wait 5 minutes. Emails can be slow.

  2. Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders. Search your mailbox for "Order Up Support" (Nomni Ordering), orderup.com.au and Verification Code. Nomni Ordering console emails, including the Verification Code, come from [email protected] (the sender name shows as "Order Up Support" (Nomni Ordering), or sometimes just "Support"). Order emails come from [email protected].

  3. Check you typed the email address that is on your user, with no spaces.

  4. Use only the newest email. Older codes and links stop working.

What you should see: an email from Nomni with a reset link or code.

Product-specific tips

Work or shared mailboxes

  • Company and group mailboxes (for example orders@ or accounts@) often block outside emails. Ask your IT team to allow emails from nomni.ai and orderup.com.au.

  • If your mailbox can't receive emails from us, ask your admin to change your user's email to a personal work address.

If something goes wrong

  • Still nothing after 15 minutes: ask a colleague with admin access to check your email address on your user.

  • You no longer have access to that email: ask your admin to update it. If you are the only admin, contact us from your business email.
