Products status on import

When importing products into Kounta/LS, you have the option to set the status of the products as either active or inactive.

Overview

There is an additional option in the Kounta/LS settings that when activated will import all products (not already imported) and set them as inactive. If you leave the setting on NO it will import as active.

Setting Product Status on Import

  1. Inactive Products on Import:

    • To import all products (that have not been imported before) and set them as inactive, activate the additional setting in your Kounta/LS settings.

  2. Active Products on Import:

    • If you leave the setting as NO, products will be imported as active.

Steps to Activate the Setting

  1. Log into Your Backend Console:

    • Navigate to your backend console.

  2. Go to Integrations:

    • Select Integrations from the main menu.

  3. Select Point of Sale:

    • Click on Point of Sale.

  4. Choose Kounta:

    • Find and select Kounta.

  5. Edit Settings:

    • Click on Edit.

  6. Activate the Option:

    • Find the option to set products as inactive on import and turn it on.

Summary

  • Active Status: Products will be imported as active if the setting is left as NO.

  • Inactive Status: Activating the setting will import all new products as inactive.
