1. Delivery Settings
Accessing Delivery Settings:
Open your OU console.
Navigate to
Location Settings>>Delivery Settings.
Enabling Delivery:
Switch
Delivery Allowedto Yes.
Order Options:
To enable immediate orders, switch
Order Now Allowedto Yes.To enable pre-orders, switch
Pre-Order Allowedto Yes.
Setting Delivery Limits:
Maximum Items: Set the maximum number of items per delivery.
Minimum Order: Specify the minimum order value for delivery. Orders below this value will not be eligible for delivery.
Free Delivery: Set the minimum order value for free delivery.
Delivery Fee: Define the delivery fee for orders below the free delivery threshold.
Setting Delivery/Preparation Times:
Adjust delivery/preparation times in 15-minute or 1-hour increments.
Use the
Current Adjustment for (date)slider for same-day adjustments.To display estimated delivery times to customers, switch
Display Estimated Timeto Yes.To hide delivery options, switch
Hide Deliveryto Yes.
2. Delivery Zones or Suburbs
Access the settings in the 2nd and 3rd tabs.

Accessing Delivery Hours:
Click on the last tab at the top of the
Delivery Settingspage.
Setting Operating Hours:
Use the grey drop-downs to set the store's opening and closing hours for each day.
Toggle delivery availability between Open and Closed for each day.
Remember to save your changes at the bottom of each page.
