Frontend:
Your customer can either checkout as a GUEST or sign up as a USER.
For takeaway orders (Pickup, Delivery) customers must complete the checkout page in full. They must complete their first name, last name, phone number and email address.
For Dine In orders you can anonymise (hide) the phone number and/or email. See here if you wish to anonymise.
Required checkbox: Note to display to inform your customers to double check before placing an order. In the example above, restaurant is stating that identification must be presented if purchasing alcohol from the store.
Free-form Notes box can be hidden, this lives in your backend console under Location Settings >> Location Setup page.
Backend:
To activate a Required Checkbox and/or show special Instructions NOTES box in checkout, please go to Location Settings >> Location Setup page in your backend console and click to Yes.
