Tips and Best Practices
Staff Notifications: Disable the POS system setting F1 to ensure staff are notified of pre-orders when preparation time begins.
Cut-off Times: Clearly communicate cut-off times to customers to avoid confusion.
Regular Updates: Periodically review and update your settings to align with business needs.
To set pre-orders for a specific future date, adjust the 'Max Days ahead' setting to match the number of days from today to the desired date. Optionally, reduce this value daily as the date approaches to keep it as the last available option.
To block same-day orders, navigate to Location Settings > Online Hours and disable the same-day pre-orders option for the specific day. Save your changes to apply the update.
