Quick answer: Go to Reporting > Stock Report. It lists each product’s Stock in POS, Sold since last Import and Stock on Hand. To override a level, turn on User OU override (Nomni Ordering override), enter the OU Stock Value (Nomni Ordering stock value) and click Save & Continue. The report only shows when your POS integration imports stock levels.
This article is for the Nomni Ordering console. Your console address ends in /console, for example yourstore.orderup.com.au/console.
Before you start: you need permission to view reports. If Stock Report isn’t in the Reporting menu, your POS integration doesn’t send stock levels.
