Pass thru printing is enabled for the site in OU and in Kounta, but the terminal (iPad, tablet etc) is not online. We would also recommend for the site to update the iPads IOS version as they may be outdated and may cause some lags and memory management issues on the iPad. |

This error comes from the 'consolidating orders in Kounta' functionality that Calia uses, but in this case one of the additional items attempted to add to an existing order in Kounta was unable to be added. |
