Failure when receiving data from the peer

This is a return error from the POS directly. The client needs to check the associated order regarding this error.

The venue needs to check if there are two errors in a row within the same day.
The venue needs to check with the Bepoz POS Support Team for further assistance.

Timeout was reached

This error message may be coming from either the store or the head office member server.

The venue needs to check with the Bepoz POS Support Team for further assistance.

System Check Failed

This is the response we get from Bepoz POS. Either the POS is not active at the moment for the venue or they have disabled the third-party submission.

The venue needs to check with their Local IT team to activate the POS for orders.
The venue needs to check with the Bepoz POS Support Team for further assistance.

Failed at Bistro Close

This would most likely mean that the course close command failed. Usually connectivity to the store.
