Why is my store offline?
There are many reasons why your store could be offline.
The reason may be that:
1. Your store location may be off.
2. The hardware / POS for your store is not turned on.
3. Trading hours are not open (currently or at all).
If it is a case of number one please make sure that if you go to "Location Settings --> Location Setup" that "Activate Location" is switched to "YES".
If the second reason is the situation please make sure that your hardware / POS is charged, on and connected to the internet.
