Why am I not receiving emails of my order confirmation?

  • Check if the emails are landing in your Junk Folder
  • Add orders@orderup.com.au to your safe senders list
  • Change the email address in your console found under Location Settings to an alternative email address
  • Next place a TEST order (turn on COD so that you do not get charged and use the email address in location settings)
