How to contact the OrderUp! Support Team?
Send OU Price to Kounta Function
To avoid price mismatches (especially with PH surcharges) you are able to send the set price in the OU console to Kounta.
There is now a field available in Kounta where it is possible to send through the price INC tax from the OU console. So whichever price is set in the OU console now will be sent back to the POS.
This should mean for things like PH surcharges that if the price and the surcharge exist in the OU platform it will then send the price it has and it shouldn’t get a different price in the POS leading to a price mismatch.
To activate this function please simply add the surcharge to the Price List on your Kounta POS (refer to this Kounta support article HERE)
The risk with utilising this function is that if a menu sync is not performed after updating pricing the OU console will still send the old price to the POS and there will be no mismatch to note.
