OU Payments Verification Process

Part of the OU Payments set-up process, you will need to confirm further details before this payment gateway is activated.

Step 1: Click on the URL provided by our Onboarding team in the email 

Step 2: Login into your console using your Order Up details

Step 3: You will be taken to the payment page in your console, and you will need to click EDIT

Step 4: You will see an OU Payments verification prompt. Please fill in your details accordingly.

NOTE: In some cases, you may be contacted by the OU team if your account is Restricted. If you do, please log back into your console under Integrations - Payments and click on the EDIT button. You will be prompted to provide additional details.
