Location Confirmation

For our multi-site stores, we have a modal that shows to confirm the location in use. This effectively reduces customers from choosing the wrong store location when ordering from your restaurant.

How it Works

1. In the console under Specials > Promotions there is an option to enable a Confirm location popup.

2. Using {store_name} will auto populate the selected store.

3. You can further customise when the modal will show (by method or days of the week).

1. 1. This can be configured around certain times of the day where you may have increased wrong selections (busy periods). In conjunction with the NFC Session feature this should reduce any error rates.
