How do I cancel an order?

Orders cannot be cancelled on the Order Up system. You will need to refund the customer through your Payment Gateway (Stripe, Eway, Fat Zebra, PayPal, OU Payments) 

Refunds for OU Payments: - please email our support team support@orderup.com.au with the following information found in your backend console under Orders: 

Order number

Customers details

Refund amount (partial or full)
