How to contact the OrderUp! Support Team?
How will customers know about their order?
Once customers have placed their order, there are a few ways they can or will be notified of this.
The customer can be notified by email of their order. Additionally, SMS be enabled so that customers receive an SMS confirmation. Lastly, once their order is submitted they will be redirected to a confirmation page via the OrderUp menu site for your store.
SMS Verification
To set up SMS verification, please do the following:
1. Navigate through Intergrations >> Communications in the OU console.
2. Now, switch "Integration Active *" to "YES".
3. Press on the "Save and Exit" button on the bottom of the page to finish off.
