How to contact the OrderUp! Support Team?
Hide customer email address and/or mobile number on checkout page
You now have the option of making anonymous the customers need to enter an email address and/or mobile number on checkout page for quicker processing.
Please note: This can only be done on Dine In method. We recommend keeping at least one option on, either email or mobile number so that you are able to contact the customer should you need to.
In the backend console, go to Location Settings >> Dine In settings.
Scroll down the page to Guest Detail Collection and switch to YES to anonymise email or mobile and make sure to click on the SAVE button.
Now check your frontend: You will see that email address has been removed.
