Can you turn off you online ordering in Lightspeed?

No. If you turn off online ordering in your POS, this will no turn off your online ordering in Order Up. This will created failed orders. You must turn off your online ordering in your Order Up Console.

Go into your Order Up console>Location Settings>Online Hours. Turn the toggle to Close under the method required.
