Quick answer: Go to Menu Attributes, open the size group and the size (attribute item). Set No. of Parts to Two Parts (Half/Half), Three Parts (Thirds) or Four Parts (Quarters). Choose the Multipart Calculation Method: Divide by number of parts with surcharge (then enter the Multipart Surcharge) or Use the price of the most expensive half. Click Save & Exit. This is set per size.

Set up a multipart size
Choose your store in the location selector at the top.
Click Menu > Menu Attributes.
Open the size attribute group (for example Pizza Sizes), then click the size you want, for example Large. The page is called Edit Attribute Item.
Find No. of Parts ("Can this size be ordered as a whole product, half/half, thirds or quarters?") and choose an option.
Choose the Multipart Calculation Method ("How will the multipart items be calculated").
If you chose Divide by number of parts with surcharge, enter the Multipart Surcharge.
Click Save & Exit.
