Why are my customers not receiving email confirmations ?

  • Please put through test order. Have your customers check for the email that you have already allocated in your Order Up console. You can check by going to Location Settings>Location Set Up.
  • Have your customers also check their junk folders in case it has landed there
  • They can also add the email you tested with to their safe senders list
