I'm receiving an offline error on my menu. What does this mean?

You may see this message appearing on your menu at some point. This means that your Order Up terminal is currently offline. 



1. Login into your Order Up console and click on Dashboard. Scroll down to the bottom and Check Store Watch



2. Check that your printer is connect to the Wifi. If not, please reconnect.

Bubble Setting 

As you always want to ensure you're online receiving order, losing a connection can happen. To ensure that you do not disrupt an order mid-way through losing your internet connection, you can enable this setting which will allow to remain only a few min so an order can be completed.

In your Order Up console, go to Location Settings>Location Set-Up. Turn the toggle to YES, add in your minutes and Click Save
